Spiegelsaal of the Altes Kurhaus

This listed hall is located right in the heart of the spa gardens and therefore only around 90 meters from the Zwischenahner Meer.

Marriage in the Hall of Mirrors 

The Hall of Mirrors in the Altes Kurhaus in Bad Zwischenahn offers a unique and special ambience for the most beautiful day of your life. Built in 1874, the hall covers an area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to 150 people. With high ceilings, stucco decorations and deep windows, you can travel back to the Romantic era.

The Hall of Mirrors is also ideal for the wedding ceremony that follows. Stylish ambience, plenty of space for guests - and best of all - right on the Zwischenahner Meer. Unforgettable photos with your loved ones can be taken here.

Your way to the civil wedding ceremony

Registration
Contact the Standesamt Bad Zwischenahn (04403 604 342 or standesamt@badzwischenahn.de). For your marriage, you must also register at the registry office responsible for your place of residence. This should be done at least three months before the planned marriage. Please have important documents (identity card, birth certificate, etc.) ready for this.

Making an appointment
For a civil marriage ceremony, please send your appointment request to the Standesamt Bad Zwischenahn. It is recommended to secure the date six months in advance. Dates can be reserved for the following year from March 1 at the earliest. Weddings take place on Fridays and Saturdays in the Hall of Mirrors. The duration is 50 minutes.
